Waterloo Records and Video's brick & mortar store carries a large and diverse selection of music of all genres and formats, videos--both music and film--and DVDs. Physical space limitations, however, prevent us from carrying all the merchandise we know our customers are looking for. Our on-line BuyMusicHere store adds thousands of other titles from both major and independent labels to our in-store stock. Most nationally distributed CDs, DVDs and videos, plus many import items, are available for purchase at waterloorecords.com.

Always remember that not everything Waterloo has to offer can be found in our on-line store. We carry an assortment of used items, including CDs, vinyl, videos and DVDs as well as accessory items like our own Waterloo Records shirts and hats.

Nor is all of our Texas consignment product currently available on-line. Unfortunately at this time we have to manually enter all consignment product so we're unable to list everything we carry. If you're an artist who'd like your CD listed on-line please contact our webmaster. If you're looking for a Texas artist not listed in the on-line store, please check our online catalog of Texas music at (www.waterloorecords.com/texasmusic.html).

If you're looking for something not listed in our BuyMusicHere site, feel free to inquire about it by calling or e-mailing us. Please remember, however, that while ordering on our web site is secure, our e-mail is not--so use it to arrange mail orders, check stock on a particular item, check on the status of a special order, and just about anything else outside of actually sending us your credit card number. Credit card transactions should always be processed by phone or at our on-line store.

If you wish to make purchases without a credit card, you can always call the store directly and we will hold items while you mail us a check or money order.

Our BuyMusicHere store also provides shoppers with some helpful resources you won't find on every on-line music store. Many album listings available through the store are accompanied by biographical notes, album reviews, and streaming music samples. Listen to short clips in Windows Media format to help you make educated buying decisions and to more easily find the music that you really want. All information is provided by Muze Inc.

All prices listed in our BuyMusicSite are 10%-20% off of manufacturers suggested retail price. This means these prices may differ significantly from many of those in our actual brick and mortar store. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause to our in-store customers, but due to the nature of on-line sales, we feel it is necessary. On the same note, no promotions that we feature in-store will be honored at our on-line site.

Waterloo Records and BuyMusicHere use the latest technology to ensure that all of our on-line transactions are completely secure. All personal information provided by you, including address and credit card numbers, is strictly confidential. Waterloo Records and Video Inc. does not sell or share any customer information with outside parties.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Normally US ground orders are shipped via either UPS or US Postal Service depending on destination. Domestic express delivery by UPS is also available. UPS Overnight and 2nd Day shipping, however, are not guaranteed to residential addresses. Express UPS service is not available to international customers. For express international service or shipping by alternate carriers (i.e. Federal Express), please call or e-mail us to inquire about options and costs. UPS express delivery schedules are set by business days only, so overnight and 2nd day shipping dates do not include Saturday and Sunday (i.e. a second day order shipped on a Friday will not arrive until Tuesday).

We do our best to ship all in stock product within 24-48 hours of processing the order. Orders placed after 3PM may not be processed until the next day. If an order is placed including an item that is not currently in stock, we will usually hold the entire order until that item comes in. Orders are shipped during business days only, so many orders placed on Friday, and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will not ship until Monday.
